Cancellation and Refund Policy
Lyphe Clinic understand that patients may need to cancel or reschedule a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment or reschedule in order to allow patients that are waiting for an appointment to be rebooked. Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
We aim to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. Should patients requiring a refund for the service provided is at the discretion of the clinic.
